Took a couple of days off after Monday’s run to continue easing into this comeback, then upped the intensity a little with a 3 miler on Thursday and today.  Got further on my usual 10 mile route to the park.  Not quite there yet, but getting there.  The knee felt stiff yesterday, better today.  The route included both pavement and dirt trails, used them both at different times.  The knee feels okay now, rubbed in some anti-inflammation ointment afterwards.  Things are going in the right direction.
