the road to new york
Was feeling tired and sore, was hot and sun-drenched outside, so… decided to do a 4 mile tempo run during an 11 miler. Not sure what the pace was – didn’t time it – but definitely pushed myself, worked hard, felt it afterwards. Not sure when the next hard workout would be before next Sunday’s 15k, so was good to get this one in. A type of workout I’d do as part of marathon training, looks like it’s begun.
