Got in the long run of this training cycle for the 5/28 Buffalo Half Marathon, 16 miles around town today, hitting sections of the race.  Even with a restful night of sleep, was tired before heading out, feeling a little wrecked now after the run.  The cooler temps got me through the long run.  A difficult run, but will be good for the Half.  Now can take it relatively easy the rest of the way, possibly put in a speed workout or two this week, maybe even take tomorrow off with it forecasting rain most of the day.  Looking forward to the half marathon, it’ll be fun, and still feeling the hunger.
