saturday recovery


After taking a rest day yesterday – after several days of some intense running, feeling worn down, sore body, maybe even coming down with something, was tough to take the day off from running on a day near 70 degrees, but it was right thing to do – felt better today, though legs still a little sore and the weather some 40 degrees colder than yesterday, went out for a very easy paced 12 mile recovery run this evening in a windy park.  A nice relaxing run, might jump in a 5k race in the morning to use as a workout, depending on what the body tells me.
