After a restful morning, went for a 10 mile easy paced run late afternoon to shake out the soreness from yesterday’s 18 miler. Still sore, sore shoulders, sore feet, and the run felt maybe even harder than yesterday’s longer run. Was a struggle to get through the last couple of miles. The few inches of snow on the ground softened the steps, but the feet remained sore – the ball of the feet felt bruised. I think I got most of the uglies out of the system today, tomorrow will feel better.
