Warmer today, in the 30’s, got in a 10 miler at lunch time to beat the rain that came in the afternoon. Hit the middle 3 miles around 6:30/mile pace to get the heart going. The body is feeling the increased mileage, including the feet. Not the plantar fascia issues from last year, but just sore all over. Might need to buy another pair of shoes to take some pressure off the current ones.
