Got in a double workout, the first in a while, 8 miles in the morning then 4 more in the frigid evening, a good time to do one as the mileage creeps up. Didn’t have time and, honestly, was a little tired to do a full 12 miler this morning. 2 a days helped break up the distance in college and have followed the recipe whenever I’ve had to do high mileage since. Double workouts always bring back good memories of college runs. Will do at least a few more between now and April.
