A very busy couple of days along with fatigue meant yesterday was a rest day. The legs definitely needed it. Went for a few easy miles today and felt better. Planning on running a 5k in the morning, a race many runners use as a primer for the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. This 5k’s a nice local race with a flat course, but it’s supposed to get windy and colder in the morning. Using it mostly as a workout, hopefully the body warms up enough to run fast.
