Planned on 10 to 12 miles, and kept it to 10 miles on a wet windy raw day. Just an unpleasant day. While not a downpour, it was steady rain throughout the run (of course, the rain eased to light showers once I got home). The soaked clothes and shoes provided extra weight to the run. All things considered, including not being fully recovered from the past week of training, decided to not push the issue and limited it to 10 miles. And with a planned distance tempo run tomorrow, wanted to save something for tomorrow.
