Tired from a long day, intended on a short run, but as it’s customary, once I got out there, I felt better after a couple of miles, so ended up extending it to 8 miles. It was a pretty run at dusk, under mostly clear skies with small puffy clouds. Was warmer today, spring-like, so a lot of people were out, in the park and in the cafes and restaurants on our main street. A great run on an unusually festive Tuesday evening. Planning on some form of intervals tomorrow to get ready for Sunday’s Half in Lucille Ball’s hometown of Jamestown, NY.
