A long busy day along with some aches and pains, pushed back the long run to tomorrow, and instead did a relaxing 7 miler around the neighborhood. Glad to adjust the schedule as the legs were tired. Just getting back into racing form in recent weeks so didn’t want to push it. Don’t want to go back to plantar fasciitis. Having a glass of wine now and chillin’ on this Friday evening, will have a go at the long run of 12 to 14 miles tomorrow.
