A hill workout on park trails on another cool breezy fall-like day.  Had some time early afternoon when few people were in the park, sprinted 6 times a hilly stretch of about 500 yards, with a couple of minutes of slow jog in between.  The weather makes such a difference, this would have been nearly unbearable in last week’s heat and humidity.  Still, it was a good workout today, in a good pace, and got the heart going pretty good.  6 hill sprints as part of an 8 mile day were plenty, didn’t want to push it on a healthy but still healing left foot.
