good running


6 easy miles to the park and art museum and back, continuing the recovery to 2 days.  Taking longer to loosen up the foot and the legs at the start of runs, maybe it’s an aging thing or still recovering from this year’s injuries or some combination of those things, but it takes a mile or 2 to get going.  The heat doesn’t help.  Once into the heart of the run, though, things get back to normal.  

A few more miles tomorrow, a 10k on Saturday morning, then to New York on Sunday morning for son’s college move in.
