An easy paced 8 mile recovery run on a combination of road and trails, some hills thrown in. A warmer more humid day than yesterday, but not a killer. It’s nice to be able to run an easy recovery run without the foot hurting. It’s still on the mend and not a 100%, but it’s nice to be able to get back to a routine of hard day/easy day without interruption. But will keep with stretching exercises to stay on track.
