getting better everyday


One of my oft-used 8 mile route to the park and back that I hadn’t done in a while because of the foot, but did it today without much foot trouble.  Stayed, as I have recently, mostly on trails in the park and combination of pavement and grassy surfaces on the way to and back from the park.  A good run on a more comfortable day, getting some running rhythm back, even as I get a little paranoid at points that the plantar fascia will flare up.  It will flare up but looks like its severity is diminishing each day.
