Was able to do a 6 miler, very easy paced, around the neighborhood and the park. The foot was still sore but feels like it’s on the mend. Didn’t feel too bad this morning when I woke up, some soreness but not as much pain. Been switching around shoes the last few days for both walking and running, and seems to have helped…for now. This is one of those times when I’m glad I hang to older shoes longer than maybe I should.
