10 miles to the park and back, on a warm but more comfortable day than it has been for several days.  Less humidity and more breeze made for a relatively comfortable run.  The plantar fascia was still sore, but adjusting my form and stride during the run helped the foot feel better.  A better posture placed less stress on the bottom of the foot.  An easier pace and softer surfaces helped too.  Now finishing the day with some icing.
