recovery mode

Today was a rest day after starting back up a last couple of days ago.  Don’t feel the need to get back into it with any intensity, that’ll come soon enough.  Still on recovery mode in mind as well as in body, running only when I feel a real urge to, will be so for the next couple weeks.  Though there’s a 5k next Friday I might jump into, a big area race that’s kind of a ‘kick off’ race for the summer, a big party, and might work as a workout for me.
