goal race: Buffalo Marathon 5/29
Just got back from helping out at registration/packet pick-up for my running club’s half marathon/10k, whose half marathon I’ll be running in the morning. My son’s running the 10k, it’ll be a fun morning with him.
Felt really tired today, I think from this past week of mileage and hectic work schedule, so kept the run to 4 miles, wanted to have something left for tomorrow’s race. Going to get to bed early and try to get some rest. Happy Friday!
