goal race: Buffalo Marathon 5/29
A very slow and easy 13 miles on a dirt path in the park, weaving through walkers, around the wednesday evening youth soccer games. Mostly a warm day, got chilly towards the end of the run. The run was relaxing, ‘massaging’ the legs and the recovering foot on the softer surface. Will try for similar distance tomorrow. There’s a tune up half marathon coming up in a week and half, as the marathon is close to a month away now.
