goal race: Buffalo Marathon 5/29
The weather was back to being cold again, hopefully just before a permanent warm up. The run was good, though, another 12 miler in the park and back. Was tired so ran nice and easy and relaxed, and it felt like a continued recovery from Sunday’s 5k. The mileage is slowly coming back up and have some time before getting the intensity up to pre-vacation/injury levels. There will some good tune up races in May to do this.
