a good 12

goal race: Buffalo Marathon 5/29


Another 12 miles in the park on another cold blustery day.  Supposed to get even colder tonight and in the morning.  The body’s having a hard time adjusting to these constant temp fluctuations the past couple of weeks.  Running the 5k in the morning will be a gametime decision, depending on how the body and the right foot in particular are feeling.  

It’s good to have running balance things out when other things are fluctuating
