goal race: Buffalo Marathon 5/29
Some consistency is being built. After yesterday’s 12, ran a wet 10 miler in the park. It was relatively mild, so the light rain wasn’t too bad. Still it was a slog at times. The body felt pretty good, the right foot feeling better. Starting to think about it less while running. There were even a couple of brief surges just to test things out. Overall a very good run, something to build on.
