goal race: Buffalo Marathon 5/29


Partly due to a busy day and partly to help the right foot recover, took a rest day yesterday.  Also caught up on sleep, as I don’t think I’ve had a full night’s sleep in nearly 2 weeks – including an eventful week of vacation last week.  All the rest and sleep helped, today’s easy 10 mile run and the PF on the foot felt good.  Being extra careful these days with injuries and recovery, as it’s getting towards crunch time with less than 2 months from the marathon.  Was easier to take risks 2 months ago.  Getting a new pair of shoes tomorrow, while we’re expecting some snow over the weekend – this not an April Fools news.
