Busy with things to attend to all day, didn’t have time for a run until 9:30 tonight, and the cold night outside wasn’t very inviting.  Still it was 10 degrees warmer than yesterday’s single digit windchill, so convinced myself to get in an easy 5 miler around the neighborhood.  Got to the middle of the 5, the weather feeling much better than yesterday, decided to add on a quick nearby 2 mile loop; did that and on the way home, instead of veering right, went straight towards downtown, on my way to adding another 2, with the warmer (or more like less cold) south wind blowing in my face the entire time I was running south; then bypassed another right turn and continued on to add on a final 2 miles.  Then it was 11 miles just like that and nearly time for the 11 o’clock news.
