recovery run


A little tired and feeling dehydrated – might have overdone it a bit at our running club’s fall party last night at a local brewery downtown – it was an 8 mile recovery (more ways than one) run to the park and back.  Glad I got in the hard workout yesterday afternoon.  

It’ll be difficult to get in good runs the next couple of days as we’ll be under a high wind warning; but will be relatively warm as it has been most of this season, hopefully a precursor to this winter.
