Had a great hills workout with my son this morning on my high old school cross country course. It has a challenging quarter mile long hill on each side of its 2 mile loop. 3 times around the loop, I hit the hills pretty hard, and Adam kept up pretty well. He was a trooper. Not a workout day for him, but wanted to help me out. The payoff is the lovely endorphin high the rest of the day. 8 miles in all including warm up/cool down, a humid day.
We’ll carry the endorphin fueled high into Boston for a fun night in Harvard Sq.
