Looks like I’m over the hump, a good 8 miler this afternoon. I might’ve had a 24 hour bug of some sort the past day or two in addition to the effects of the mileage. Just didn’t feel right and today, I felt better, normal. You can often tell in your runs.
Would have liked to do a speed workout, but decided to take it easy and ease up for the weekend where probably on Saturday will have a hard run, either with the Saturday group or by myself. But won’t be a total rest, as planning to do at least 10 tomorrow, may be more depending how much the body has bounced back.
And tomorrow is spring.
