day to regroup

Feeling a little under the weather – was cold again today, overcast, barely making it to 30, just gross out – and legs still a little sore, limited self to 4 light late afternoon miles.  I can tell I need some rest, coffee not getting me out of this funk all day and feeling a little cranky even.  Would like to try to get in a workout tomorrow, so it was best to just cut my losses today.  Now hanging out, staying warm, getting something to eat, and regrouping.  Live to fight run another day, right?
