momentarily out of sync


A quick 3 miler just to loosen up the left knee and legs, still recovering from Thursday’s hard fall.  Feels about 75 – 80% there.  The knee still felt a little stiff, a little sore, but the gait feeling more normal.  Another easy one tomorrow, then try for a hard trail workout Tuesday or Wednesday to prep for a competitive XC race on Sunday.  More than physically, I’m feeling a mentally out of sync at the moment from not being able to get in the normal training.  That one hard workout should bring me back…
