Not doing much today. A few miles light run, eat, relax, sleep. It’ll be a transition doing a 5k only a week after a half marathon. Not sure how the pace will feel. Should have a good local field, so will be a legit pace. Then the mileage will go back up for a couple of weeks after the race to get ready for another half marathon on Oct 12, a USATF-Niagara Region event, which would be great to do well in. It’s a mileage rollercoaster for a few weeks.
