hard, easy


Working the ‘hard, easy’ principle to near perfection these days. Knowing I had put in a good hard workout yesterday, didn’t feel the need to push myself or have perfect running form today. Felt sore, but not dead, from yesterday’s repeat 400’s, so ran a very relaxing – the dry 70 degree day was very accommodating – 9 miles through the parkway and over trails.

Yesterday was the day to put myself through a grind on the track and deal with the pain. Today’s a time to give myself a break.
