let the (mini) taper begin

A late post after a late run.  8 lite miles around the park on a pleasant 60’s day.  A few delicate raindrops for about 10 minutes.  Took it real easy to try to loosen up and recover from yesterday’s track intervals and start tapering for Sunday’s race.  I think it worked.  I didn’t find myself straining at any point.  Felt relaxed and had a truly mindless run.  Whew.
