Cold and windy, but it’s still spring, so it was all good. 10 recovery miles after yesterday’s 16. Don’t think I ate enough before the run, felt a little light-headed during the second half. Looking to do around 12 to 14 with the Saturday running group tomorrow, so didn’t need to pile on the miles today. Supposed to be in the low 40’s in the morning, burrr, but it’s spring so all is good…have a fun weekend everyone!
